Hidden in the lush green valleys of Deloraine in Tasmania's northwest, this property is an elegantly restored Georgian mansion snuggled amidst historical gardens.

All nine gracious guestrooms have been individually designed and feature sumptuous fabrics, Georgian antiques, elegant drapes, intriguing artworks and the finest furnishings to create a charming environment.

The formal gardens are enchanting, creating a tranquil atmosphere for guests to wander over 200 sprawling acres that beckon in rich damp green glory.

Room Information

Built between 1837 and 1853, Peppers Calstock is a stunning example of Tasmania's grand pioneering homes. Retaining many original features, including marble fireplaces, high ceilings with decorative architraves and cedar floors, the house has been carefully restored to its former glory.

Offering 7 elegant rooms and 2 magnificent suites, there is a range of beautifully appointed accommodation options to choose from. All of the spacious rooms have been individually decorated in French provincial style with fine fabrics and rich wooden furnishings.
Queen Rooms are located in the main house or the west wing with queen size beds and views over the courtyard and stables. One room features separate lounge and en suite. Spa King Rooms are located in the Main house, with king size beds, spa baths and panoramic garden views. Located in the west wing of the house on the lower level, Suite Rustique has a separate lounge, bedroom with twin beds and en suite. Suite Automne is a large two bedroom family suite located on the lower level of the house with views to the courtyard and gardens. Featuring private access to the veranda and large bathroom facilities, it offers wheelchair access and accommodates four people with a queen size bed in the master room and twin beds in the second bedroom.
