The Royal Mail Hotel is designed to capture the stunning beauty of the Southern Grampians. The property features sweeping views, multi-award-winning dining and cellar, bars, quality accommodation, luxury corporate retreat and wedding facilities for the ultimate destination wedding or celebration.

The hotel features two restaurants, the two-hatted fine-dining restaurant Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel, open Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Parker Street Project - the casual diner, open for lunch and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. The hotel has indoor and outdoor dining spaces in Parker Street Project and a private dining room in both restaurants.

Hotel accommodation ranges from Deluxe Mountain View rooms through to Courtyard rooms.

The Mount Sturgeon Station, located just five minutes from the hotel site offers four fully restored 1840's bluestone cottages known as the Deluxe Mount Sturgeon One Bedroom Cottages. There are also four standard cottages in one or two bedroom configurations. Or, for larger groups, the Mount Sturgeon Homestead, a six-bedroom colonial homestead with rolling lawns and stunning mountain views is the ideal choice.

At 3.30pm on Wednesday to Saturday a wine tasting is hosted among the hotels revered collection, discover the Royal Mail Hotel’s internationally award-winning cellar with a sommelier-led comparative tasting.

And for those interested in the hotels extensive conservation efforts a native wildlife feeding tour hosted on select days at 4.30pm allows you to get acquainted with the Biodiversity Reserve locals, joining the conservation team at feeding time to encounter native and endemic species, including Eastern Quolls, Fat Tailed Dunnarts, and more.

All tours are at an additional cost and need to be pre-booked the evening prior at reception.
