The stay
What to know about this stay.
Hyatt Regency Sydney occupies a Sussex Street address a few minutes' walk from Darling Harbour, in the middle of the Sydney CBD. Its 892 rooms and suites make it Australia's largest upscale hotel, with Pitt Street Mall, the Queen Victoria Building and the city's main theater and museum strip all reachable on foot, and reimagined from the former Four Points by Sheraton Darling Harbour, it now carries 3,700 square meters of meeting space alongside its leisure rooms.
Sailmaker's interactive, table-side take on Sydney produce turns dinner into something more theatrical than a standard hotel restaurant, and Zephyr, the rooftop bar on level 12, catches the sunset over Darling Harbour from one of the more talked-about rooftop views in the city.
