The hotel offers 531 rooms and suites, elegantly decorated in luxurious, contemporary style. World-famous iconic views of Sydney from the guest rooms include sunrise over the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour and beyond. Lounge 32, an exclusive retreat by Four Seasons, offers added amenities and services to all guests for a nominal fee. Rooms are 280 square feet located on the 6th to 32nd floors. These rooms are elegantly furnished with a lounge chair and coffee table, as well as a business desk and chair.
Bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub and separate shower, except on the 6th and 7th floors where bath and shower are combined. Select City-View Rooms are equipped for wheelchair use.

These suites are 570 square feet located on the 33rd and 34th, featuring a living room with a generous sitting area, ideal for relaxing, entertaining or informal meetings. The open-plan living area includes a lounge area, a sleeping and relaxation space with king or two twin beds and a generous executive business station. Each room features a 107-centimetre (42-inch) LCD screen television with DVD player, iPod/MP3 connectivity and wireless Internet access. The luxurious bathroom features a deep soaking tub and separate shower.

Royal Suite
The suites are 1,152 square feet with City and Harbour views located on the top floor. The entry vestibule, featuring a sculpture or artwork in a mirrored niche, leads into the sitting room, which is graciously appointed for relaxing or entertaining and includes a dining room which seats eight. The master bedroom offers a king bed, two bedside tables, a chaise lounge and an armchair. The adjoining study/dressing room includes a desk and chair, dual data ports, luggage rack and spacious wardrobe. The full marble bathroom features a separate tub and shower; a guest powder room is off the entry foyer.

Deluxe Royal Suite
The suites are 1,152 square feet with views of Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House and located on the top floor. This large, one-bedroom suite offers guests the spacious feeling of a private apartment and includes outstanding examples of specially commissioned Australian artworks. The entry vestibule leads into the sitting room, which is graciously appointed for relaxing or entertaining and includes a dining area for eight guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed, two bedside tables, a chaise lounge, an armchair, a CD player and a handsome armoire containing a television. The adjoining study/dressing room includes a desk and chair and spacious wardrobe. A full marble bathroom, designed with Spanish marble and limestone, adjoins the master bedroom; plus a guest powder room off the entry vestibule.

A relaxed bistro dining experience, with a menu built on fresh local Australian produce and cooking traditions and techniques from the home. Slow-cooked Milly Hill lamb, freshly shucked local rock oysters, Rangers Valley Black Angus hanger steak cooked on hard-wood charcoal grill, organic greens and housemade sorbets all make a compelling argument to drop everything and hit the table.

Grain Bar: Grain is all about the fine craft of drinking. It’s a celebration of the passions, people and products that have comes together to create Sydney’s local, in the heart of The Rocks.
