Pretty Beach House holds four one-bedroom pavilions, Treetops, Bayview, Hideaway and The Retreat, across 7.5 acres on the Bouddi Peninsula, each with a private deck, heated plunge pool and views through native angophoras down to Brisbane Waters. As a member of Luxury Lodges of Australia, one of only 20 lodges nationwide to hold that distinction, the property meets the collective's exacting standards for scale and genuine sense of place.
All meals, snacks and drinks, including wine and champagne, are included in the rate, removing nearly all of the day-to-day planning from a stay here. Each pavilion's separate sitting area and combustion fireplace suit a genuinely private, couples-focused stay, and being all-inclusive and genuinely small in scale sets this apart from the area's larger, more transactional Central Coast hotels.
