Il Pescatore Restaurant: Is open from 6pm 7 days a week, (closed Wednesdays and Thursdays during the low season) and specializes in a comprehensive a la carte menu with an impressive wine list. The menu features fresh local produce with a Mediterranean influence. The style of service is friendly and efficient with that 5 star touch. A permanent cover has been placed on the terrace to enable all year round alfresco dining, environmental lighting light up the trees and lagoons for that extra ambiance.
Lagoons Restaurant: Is open 7 days a week (closed Tuesdays and Saturdays during the low season) specialises in Buffet, featuring a live cooking station using fresh local produce. The dinner buffet features different themes each evening. Lagoons also features an extensive breakfast buffet with fresh seasonal fruits, compotes, Tableland yoghurts, freshly baked homemade breads and pastries with a live cooking station to prepare your omelettes and eggs to your liking. During the low season Lagoons dinner buffet is closed Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Zai Restaurant: Is open 5 days a week from 6pm (closed Sundays and Mondays) specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine. Zai has the ambience of a Traditional Japanese Restaurant with authentic Japanese tiles, building structure and gardens. A live seafood tank is situated in the Restaurant for guests to choose from a selection of fresh seafood (abalone, oysters, mud crabs and lobsters). The menu also features Australian flavors such as Crocodile, Emu and Kangaroo. If guests do not want a full meal then perhaps sit at the sushi bar and have the Traditional Japanese Chef prepare sashimi or sushi to order.
High Tea: Is served between 3pm to 5pm every afternoon in the Daintree Lounge and consists of freshly made scones accompanied with jam and fresh cream, an assortment of home made cakes and fresh finger sandwiches with daily fillings.
Daintree Supper Menu: Is available nightly between 5pm to 10pm offering a variety of Tower menus.
The Sunbird Bakery: Offers a selection of sandwiches and wraps, toasted sandwiches; tea, coffee and beverages; salads, sushi, chocolate bars and chips; hot food including pies, quiche, hot dogs and croissants.
