Capella Suite
With a flowing single level design offering cameo views of the ocean and mountains, the Capella Suite features king or optional twin bedding, integrated lounge area and private outdoor deck. High ceilings and marine finishes create a beach house feel, a sense of cool airiness in this subtropical paradise, Lord Howe kentia palms waving outside.

Lagoon Loft
The popular Lagoon Loft is a comfortable mezzanine style suite with king bedroom upstairs, living area downstairs and private decks on both levels. Generous living area daybeds convert to a single bed at evening turndown for an additional guest on request. 

Catalina Suite
Perfect for family or friends travelling together, the dual level Catalina Suite offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, decks on both levels and hot tub. Upstairs a light-filled master king bedroom offers dreamy views, while a second bedroom on the ground floor provides king and twin bed options.

Makambo Loft 
The suite features a generous upstairs king sleeping area, reached by a striking red spiral staircase and is an ideal retreat for two people. Luxe daybeds in the living area below make for a perfect chill out, or can convert on turndown to one or two single beds for additional persons. A contemporary basalt bathroom is located on the lower level and an outdoor hot tub, shower and cabana style daybed complements the relaxed, fun-spirited sophistication of this luxury retreat.

Lidgbird Pavilion
The superlative Lidgbird Pavilion is truly awe-inspiring at and is a popular choice for a special occasion. A generous upper level bedroom area with en suite opens to wrap around verandas capturing panoramic views of ocean and mountains. A contemporary basalt bathroom is located on the lower level and an outdoor hot tub, shower and cabana style daybed complements the relaxed, fun-spirited sophistication of this luxury retreat.

Hike Mt. Gower: Journey to the top of Lord Howe Island’s highest mountain, known as one of Australia’s best day walks. Along the way you will find rare endemic species that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world; like the endangered Woodhen and Kentia Palm.

Sports: Capella Lodge offers a wide range of athletic activities like a scenic, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and bowling lanes.

Glass Bottom Boat Tour: Feel as though you are beneath the waves as you skim the surface of the coral reefs on a glass bottom boat tour. See colorful reef fish and coral formations they live in.

Dive and Snorkel: Take an excursion to one of the many diving and snorkeling sights like: Balls Pyramid, Malabar Range, Admiralty Islets, or Lovers bay- the world’s most southern coral reef.
