True Blue: Australia & Bora Bora
Day by day

Your journey, day by day

  1. Day 1

    Welcome to Australia

You have arrived to one of the world's great natural harbor cities. A private transfer brings you to Park Hyatt Sydney, where front-row views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge set the stage for the days ahead.

The biggest decision of the day? Settle into the mesmerizing shimmer of the harbor from your suite, a glass of Australian Shiraz in hand, or step outside to wander the cobblestone laneways, historic pubs, and waterfront atmosphere of The Rocks.

  2. Day 2

Sydney Northern Waterways, Oysters and Wildlife

Leave the city behind to trace the edges of Sydney's northern waterways, where ferries give way to hidden inlets and waterfalls, sandstone cliffs, and bushland alive with native marsupials and the laughter of kookaburras. Cruise the Hawkesbury River for an oyster shucking and tasting experience, the perfect beginning before lunch at the famous Palm Beach. A pause at a significant Aboriginal site offers a deeper connection to the stories that have shaped this landscape for tens of thousands of years.
    • Breakfast
  3. Day 3

    Sydney In Style

Delight in the best of Sydney, from historic quarters and vibrant local neighborhoods to stunning coastal scenery. Stroll the iconic Bondi Beach and the renowned Sydney Botanical Gardens, ending at Observatory Hill for sweeping Sydney Harbour views stretching to the distant Blue Mountains.
    • Breakfast
  4. Day 4

    Off to Bora Bora

Now we exhale and slip into French Polynesia, trading city skyline for turquoise lagoon. After arriving in Bora Bora, continue by boat across impossibly clear shades of blue to The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort, where powder-white sand gives way to a lagoon dotted with overwater villas.

Settle into your private retreat and let island time take over. Wake to the gentle lap of water beneath your villa and linger over coffee before breakfast arrives by va'a, a traditional Polynesian canoe.
  5. Day 5

    Day at Leisure

Spend the day swimming straight from your terrace, settling into a shaded lounger, or simply watching Mount Otemanu emerge and disappear behind passing clouds. Whether you choose to venture out or stay wonderfully still, the rhythm of the day is entirely your own.
  6. Day 6

    Day at Leisure

The beauty of Bora Bora reveals itself in many ways. Paddle across glassy water or slip into the Lagoonarium, an aquatic playground alive with tropical fish and marine life.

As the day fades, linger a little longer as the sky softens from gold to lavender and the lagoon shifts through its final shades of blue.
  7. Day 7

    Day at Leisure

Perhaps today calls for retreating to the spa for a treatment inspired by Polynesian traditions. Or ease into the day with a wellness experience, whether yoga on the beach or a meditation accompanied by the resonate tones of crystal singing bowls.

However you choose to spend it, today unfolds entirely on island time.
  8. Day 8

    Day at Leisure

There is no wrong way to spend a final day in Bora Bora. Return to a favorite spot, swim one more time in the lagoon, or simply pause long enough to take it all in.
  9. Day 9

    Farewell

Today, depart Bora Bora and begin your journey home. Any farewell blues are softened by memories of time spent embracing the spirit of True Blue Australia and the seemingly impossible beauty of French Polynesia.
