Ongava Lodge

Game drives at Ongava Lodge run both into Etosha National Park itself and across the private Ongava Reserve, widening the range of terrain on offer beyond a single park's boundary. Guests can also spend time at the camp's own hide, watching the waterhole below without a vehicle, a quieter way to let the wildlife come to you.

Fourteen rock-and-thatch chalets sit set into the foothills of the Ondundozonanandana range, overlooking a well-used waterhole that gives guests a running start on sightings without leaving the property. Lion, elephant, cheetah, gemsbok, springbok and hartebeest are all regularly seen from the lodge's own dining deck under the stars.
