Day 2 – Cross the International Date Line
Cross the International Date Line, an imaginary line on the surface of the Earth that runs from the North to the South Pole - and defines one calendar day from the next. Crossing the International Date Line adds one day (24-hours) traveling west, and subtracts one day (24-hours) traveling east.
Day 3 – Welcome to Victoria
Welcome to Melbourne, Victoria! Upon arrival, a driver will meet you at baggage claim to transfer you to your accommodation in the Mornington Peninsula. Jackalope Hotel

Day 4 – Foodie's Journey Through Mornington Peninsula
Serious food lovers are in for a treat. Prepare to be constantly inspired and delighted by this diverse, boot-shaped region; you are now entering 'Foodie Heaven.' Our hosts' own 27 acres of charming farm land with red fertile soil allows them to grow and produce premium quality olives, grapes, herbs and veggies. They also raise sheep, chickens and fish, and they turn amazing produce from local farmers into a range of delectable goodies. You'll get a whole new perspective on the concept of 'Paddock to Plate.' Spend time in the kitchen with the chef, cooking in a wood-fired oven with wood collected from fallen timber on the property. What you do on the day depends on the season. You may try your hand at curing olives grown on the farm, create handmade sausages in natural skins, make mouth-watering gnocchi, master the art of sourdough bread, learn ways to cook with olives and olive oil or successfully roast and make great coffee. Later, you'll sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings while eating and drinking some of the finest food and wine the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. After lunch, take a drive down the road to sample cool climate wines with one of our favorite wine makers, taste freshly made goats cheese from a local dairy or savor succulent strawberries and cherries from the fruit farms in the area. Day 6 – Taste the Queen Victoria Market Tour
This tour is perfect for those looking to explore the Melbourne food scene on their own private tour. This 3.5-hour walking, talking and tasting discovery tour will guide you through Melbourne's best kept foodie secrets. Along the way, learn about Melbourne's foodie history, culture and architecture.The tour kicks off at Federation Square and makes its way through the beautiful lanes, arcades and alleys that define modern Melbourne. The tour will include visits to the best and most interesting chocolate stores, bakeries and spice stores. Then it's off to Chinatown to enjoy roast duck, Chinese egg tarts and authentic samosas. She boasts a lively, cosmopolitan pulse, sitting on the northern banks of the Yarra River, about three miles from the bay. Visitors come for its shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Residents stay for its cultural diversity, passion for the arts and enviable sports calendar. Melbourne is renowned for playing host to a number of nationally- and internationally-recognized events each year, including the Australian Open Tennis Grand Slam, the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the ever-impressive two-mile horse race, The Melbourne Cup. This is a major event that spreads an addictive buzz through the city streets. You can be sure that locals and visitors alike will embrace the energy surrounding it.

Day 8 – Melbourne to Sydney
Today, you will be transferred to the Melbourne Airport where you will fly to Sydney, Australia. Upon arrival, a driver will meet you in the baggage claim to transfer you to your Sydney accommodation. The Langham, Sydney

Day 10 – Cruise Like a Local Luncheon Cruise
Treat yourself to Sydney Harbour's most sensational Cruise Like a Local Luncheon Cruise. This is a unique, four-hour cruise experience.
