The National Golf Club

The National Golf Club was the first new golf club formed in Melbourne for approximately 60 years and soon became the new direction in Australian Golf. The original course was opened for play in March 1988, and following the purchase of addition land on the adjoining property – a spectacular piece of natural golfing links amongst the sand dunes with the coastline to Port Phillip Heads in the background.

The Club has 3 exceptional and highly regarded 18 Hole golf courses , the Old (72) designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, The Moonah (72) designed by Greg Norman and The Ocean (72) designed by Thomson, Wolveridge & Perrett ensuring that it ranks as the best piece of golf real estate in the country.
