Ramadan is the Islamic holy month when all capable Muslims are expected to refrain from eating, drinking, and smoking from sunrise to sunset. It usually coincides with the ninth month of the Islamic calendar (August) when Muslims believe God revealed the Qur’an to Mohammed. Ramadan lasts between 29 and 30 days, depending on the position of the moon. This year it starts early on July 9th and ends on August 8th.

Ramadan is more than fasting; it’s about family, community, counting your blessing, being generous to that less fortunate, inner reflection and more over it’s a time of happiness.
One of the most popular cities in the Islamic world to visit these days is Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. During Ramadan Dubai puts on lavish feasts and celebration for tourists, to help them enjoy, understand and appreciate the Islamic world’s most important holiday.

Dubai is a world-class tourist destination that mesmerizes any soul on planet earth. It is the finest epitome of luxury, comfort, and grandness. Anyone visiting it once cannot refrain from doing it again and again. Such is the beauty of this pearl city of UAE. I have toured it twice and am still hankering for reiterating the tour. But I wasn’t so planned on both the tours. Though I am not a first-time visitor to Dubai, I will still take your itinerary as a guide to make my trip more worthy and memorable.
