Hotel D'Urville

The Hotel d’Urville is the perfect place to relax after a day spent enjoying Marlborough’s many attractions. It’s a boutique hotel in the heart of Blenheim's central business district with ten well-appointed hotel rooms, an elegant bar, modern restaurant and outdoor Tiki hut bar.

The building - the Old Public Trust Building - is a Blenheim landmark. It was built in the art deco style in the 1920s and features a magnificent columned façade, grand staircase and high ceilings. It was opened as a wine bar and brasserie in 1993 and the upstairs converted into a small hotel soon after.

Marlborough stretches from the tranquil Marlborough Sounds in the North to Kaikoura in the South. The region has the highest number of sunshine hours in New Zealand, which makes it perfect for enjoying outdoor activities and, of course, growing grapes.
