Enjoy a sightseeing tour with visits to the Royal Palace, Phousi Hill, Wat Visou, Wat That Luang and Wat Prabat. Wat Visou was built in 1513 during the reign of Chao Wisunalat. It is the oldest operating temple in Luang Prabang with a collection of gilded wooden Buddha from the 15th and 16th centuries. Wat That Luang contains a few Luang Prabang Buddha's and other artifacts. Phu Si is a temple on the upper slopes of a 100m-high hill. Visit Wat Prabat for sunset. Located on the banks of the Mekong, Wat Prabat offers a lovely shaded terrace from which to enjoy the sunset over the river. Return to hotel.
