Located on a secluded, elevated site in the heart of the Flinders Ranges, the eco-villas boast uninterrupted views of Wilpena Pound and the surrounding Ranges, and provide the ideal base from which to explore this internationally renowned region.

The villas are stylish, contemporary and welcoming, with features including well-equipped kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, quality furnishings and wide verandas. The villas aim to leave a small ecological footprint, blending beautifully with the natural landscape while reflecting the early homesteads that are synonymous with the Outback.

Rawnsley Homestead 
Rawnsley Homestead offers all the ambience of a traditional Australian Outback home – including wide verandahs, thick walls, original pine flooring and galvanized roof – combined with a spacious, contemporary interior. 

Inside there are two split-king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a luxurious kitchen and two spacious living areas, while outside there are plenty of places to relax and watch the sunset over the ranges.

Activities

Central Flinders Explorer Day Tour: If you have only one day to see the Flinders Ranges then this is the tour for you. Explore Bunyeroo and Brachina gorges, overlook then cross the Parachilna plain for a gourmet lunch at the Prairie Hotel, famous for its Feral Food. After lunch travel along Parachilna Gorge to the heritage town of Blinman. Return to Rawnsley Park via ‘Great Wall of China’, Oraparinna and Hucks Lookout.
 
Daybreak Walk: Your experienced local guides will introduce you to the unique plants and wildlife of Rawnsley Bluff. Learn how the ancient sea floor has been uplifted and subsequently eroded to create this amazing landscape. Daybreak Walk concludes with a cooked Bush Breakfast.
 
30 Minute Scenic Flight: A scenic flight from the local airstrip is a great way to appreciate the scale of the Flinders Ranges. Wilpena Pound with its sheer sandstone cliffs and rugged peaks provide a vista of ever changing colors against the expanse of the surrounding landscape.
