These newly renovated Deluxe Rooms are set in a prime location within the resort. Every Deluxe Room has its own private balcony and bathtub, each with its own outlook onto the escarpment, which is tastefully lit at night. These rooms accommodate up to three guests and buffet breakfast is included daily.

Standard Rooms
Sit on your own private balcony and look out to the beautiful red centre when you stay in these luxurious modern rooms with ensuite bathroom. Buffet breakfast for 2 included daily.

Under a Desert Moon
Get caught up in the wonder of the universe and experience a celebration of outback food and wine only possible in a place like this. Beginning with canapes and sparkling wine on Carmichael’s front lawn, you will then be whisked away to a hidden location, where your table under a canopy of stars awaits! Your hosts for the night will then serve you a five-course dinner while a fire flickers nearby. Created from seasonal, locally-sourced produce be prepared to be delighted by amazing flavors native to the region, all paired with a selection of Australia’s best wines.

Carmichael’s Restaurant
Surrounded by native trees and bushland, Carmichael’s Restaurant is a relaxed space to dine in that is open for breakfast and dinner daily. Grab a generous cooked buffet-style breakfast here from 6:00am-10:00am, then come back for the a la carte dinner menu at 5:30pm-9:00pm. All meals are complemented by tea, coffee, water and soft drinks, as well as a beverage list that showcases the best Australian wine and beer.

Kings Canyon Bar & Grill
The newly renovated communal dining option brings together the tasty offerings of our previous outlets under one delicious roof! Enjoy all-day dining in a rustic outback setting with everything from wood-fired pizzas, gourmet burgers and the very best in BBQ.

Featuring a central fireplace and wooden bench tables you can spread out on, there are also booths and family tables with large umbrellas and kid's activities.

Open all year round, Kings Canyon Bar & Grill represents classic Australian Outback pub dining with live entertainment, music and the best cold beverages, wine and spirits you could ask for.
