Shiraz Rooms

The Merlot rooms are larger than the Shiraz Rooms and also boast king-size beds with valley views.

Cabernet Rooms
Located in the Vineyard Wing, each include a private terrace overlooking the valley.

Pinotage Suites
These spacious suites, located in the Manor House and Garden House, each feature a separate lounge and fantastic views.

Cap Classique Suites
Guests will enjoy a separate lounge area, a private terrace and their own plunge pool. All rooms can be made up with twin beds on request and are located in the Vineyard Wing. 

Manor House
Just a short walk from the main hotel building and a stone’s throw from the winery, the Manor House is a luxury villa that is ideal for families or small groups looking to escape to the Winelands. It includes four suites, kitchen, lounge, two swimming pools, and a gym. The villa comfortably sleeps eight adults and boasts a cozy bunkroom that can sleep up to six children.

Wine Tastings: Personalized wine tasting at the wine cellar on the property can be arranged. For an added experience you can even combine horse riding with wine tasting where you will arrive at the cellar on horseback.

Hiking: There is so much to explore in the areas surrounding Mont Rochelle. Hike through the Mont Rochelle Reserve for panoramic views of the wine valley where on a clear day visitors can also see the iconic Table Mountain and ocean. 

Picnics: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the vineyard of the grounds. Mont Rochelle can provide a hamper full of gourmet snacks, sandwiches, and wine. 

Swimming: Take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the Franschhoek Mountains. Bar service is available at the pool for a day of full relaxation.

Wellness: Work out at one of the gyms or invigorate your mind, body, and soul at the spa with unique treatments and relaxing atmosphere.  

Mountain Biking, Tennis, and Golf: Rent a mountain bike from Mont Rochelle to explore the surrounding terrain, play on the Astroturf floodlit tennis court, and tee-off at some of the world's best golf courses.
