Based on a working wine estate guests can enjoy private wine cellar tours, guided vineyard walks and wine tastings; sparkling wine and canapés served in the main lodge each evening and a variety of dining options. The Estate is also one of the most aesthetically interesting contemporary art destinations in the world. The personally curated collection has been a lifelong passion of Laurence Graff, who continues to discover promising South African artists.

Within each lodge there are spacious living spaces and light filled interiors flow seamlessly outdoors where guests can choose to dip into their private plunge pool or relax while the lodge butler serves a chilled glass of wine - time spent here is all about relaxing.

Room Information

Each lodge is appointed to the highest of standard throughout each element from the marble bathrooms to the private, heated infinity plunge pools that each lodge offers. The fully stocked mini bar is included in the rate where guests can enjoy some of Delaire’s own wine.

Located in mature gardens with running water in front of each lodge and wild jasmine, each lodge provides a sanctuary with glorious views either into the gardens or over the Stellenbosch winelands to Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean.
